Man with a Van in Bundoora, VIC

Small loads around Settlement Road, priced as small loads

Plenty of Bundoora moves are one or two items rather than a household. As a Man with a Van in Bundoora, VIC, we send a van and the right number of hands instead of quoting a truck you will never fill — cheaper, and far quicker to get booked.

Local conditions we plan around

On any Bundoora van run, the university calendar drives a rush at the start and end of semester. Combined with 1970s and 80s homes alongside student housing near the campus, and the Plenty Road tram terminus and buses to La Trobe feeding traffic through Settlement Road, it decides when the van and driver should arrive for a small load and how long the day realistically runs.

What a Bundoora job usually covers

• Single items — beds, fridges, washing machines and lounge suites
• Secondhand and marketplace pickups from Mill Park, Greensborough and Reservoir
• Part-loads for downsizers moving a room rather than a whole house
• Awkward single pieces handled through Bundoora doorways, stairs and hallways

What moves the price on a Bundoora van run

Three things, mostly: how much there is, how far the van and driver has to carry it, and the distance travelled. On a Bundoora van run, good driveways on the residential streets, tighter near the university, so we confirm that first and quote a small load accordingly.
