Man with a Van in Cremorne, VIC

When a van beats a truck in Cremorne

These are some of the narrowest streets in Melbourne, and barely a property here has a driveway — and a smaller vehicle simply gets closer to the door. As a Man with a Van in Cremorne, VIC, we use that to your advantage: less carrying, less time on the clock, and a price that reflects the job you actually have.

What Cremorne properties ask of the driver

Converted warehouses and very small single-fronted workers' cottages: that is most of what the driver handles in Cremorne. The streets are exceptionally narrow and almost nothing has off-street parking, so we arrive equipped rather than surprised, and moving a small load out of a property here stays a measured job.

What we handle in Cremorne

• Single items — beds, fridges, washing machines and lounge suites
• Secondhand and marketplace pickups from Burnley, South Yarra and Richmond
• Part-loads for downsizers shifting a room rather than a whole house
• Awkward single pieces worked through Cremorne doorways, stairs and hallways

No surprises on your Cremorne invoice

Labour, vehicle, fuel and the blankets and wrap all sit inside the figure we quote for your Cremorne van run. That is the whole point of scoping it before the day: the driver knows what the day holds off Dover Street, and so do you.

Getting a Cremorne date locked in

A short call about the Cremorne van run is usually all it takes. Describe what is coming, mention the stairs and the driveway, and tell us anything the driver will not fit through — then a figure and a time go in writing for Cremorne. Our work as Man with a Van in Cremorne, VIC covers Burnley, South Yarra and the streets between them too.
