Man with a Van in Wheelers Hill, VIC

Small loads around Jells Road, priced as small loads

Plenty of Wheelers Hill moves are one or two items rather than a whole household. As a Man with a Van in Wheelers Hill, VIC, we send a van and the right number of hands instead of quoting a truck you will never fill — cheaper, and far quicker to get booked.

What Wheelers Hill properties ask of the driver

Large 1980s brick homes on hilly blocks with split-level entries: that is most of what the driver handles in Wheelers Hill. The blocks slope and most entries sit up a flight of steps from the driveway, so we arrive equipped rather than surprised, and moving a small load out of a property here stays a measured job.

What a Wheelers Hill job usually covers

• Single items — beds, fridges, washing machines and lounge suites
• Secondhand and marketplace pickups from Mulgrave, Glen Waverley and Scoresby
• Part-loads for downsizers shifting a room rather than a whole house
• Awkward single pieces worked through Wheelers Hill doorways, stairs and hallways

Quoted on the Wheelers Hill job, not a formula

Two Wheelers Hill homes with the same bedroom count can need very different van run days. We price on what a small load really comes to and how far the driver carries it from the door to Jells Road, which is why our Wheelers Hill figure tends to hold when cheaper ones move.
